EDH JR TROJANS UNIFORM PACKAGE — ORDERS DUE TOMORROW MORNING
• Members represent the EDH Jr. Trojans Feeder Basketball Program and the Oak Ridge High School community. Members include program leadership, coaches, players, parents/guardians, and spectators.
• The program is committed to providing a safe and dignified environment for all participants, regardless of gender, race, ethnicity, disability, religion, or any other aspect of identity. Harassment, bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate conduct on or off the court will not be tolerated. Allegations will be addressed fairly and promptly.
• Members contribute to creating a positive and enriching experience for young athletes. All participants share responsibility for maintaining a supportive, competitive, and respectful basketball environment.
• Players, families, and spectators must demonstrate respect toward referees, opposing teams, tournament hosts, and facility staff. Behavior reflects directly on the program and the Oak Ridge community.
• Players are expected to prioritize attendance at scheduled practices and tournaments. Conflicts must be communicated in advance. Playing time may be impacted by lack of attendance, preparation, or commitment.
• Only officially rostered players may participate in team activities. Outside players are not permitted due to insurance and program requirements.
• Practices are closed. Parents/guardians/siblings may not observe practices. A 10-minute grace period is allowed for drop-off and pick-up.
• Teams must respect scheduled gym time. If another team is practicing before or after, players and families must remain courteous and adhere strictly to designated time slots.
• Water bottles must remain off the main playing surface. Personal items should be stored appropriately to maintain facility standards.
• Players will not be permitted inside facilities without a coach present. Parents should not drop athletes off early or leave them unsupervised.
• Concerns regarding program operations should be directed to program leadership. Facility staff are responsible for building operations and should not be confronted regarding program matters.
• Failure to comply with the Code of Conduct may result in reduced playing time, suspension, or removal from the program at the discretion of program leadership.
