EDH JR TROJANS UNIFORM PACKAGE — ORDERS DUE TOMORROW MORNING
Thank you for leading an EDH Jr. Trojans team this season.
Your role is to develop athletes who are prepared, technically, mentally, and competitively for high school basketball.
This page outlines operational standards and responsibilities.
Coaches are expected to:
• Model discipline and professionalism
• Maintain structured, efficient practices
• Enforce program standards consistently
• Communicate clearly with parents
• Represent the program appropriately when using Oak Ridge facilities
All player evaluations, roster decisions, and rotations are controlled by coaching staff.
• Practices are closed to spectators.
• Drop-off and pick-up should be timely.
• Coaches supervise athletes at all times.
• Gym must be left clean and organized.
• Equipment must be secured after use.
Practice times may shift due to school scheduling priority.
Each coach must provide:
• Assistant coach names
• Primary contact information
• Any schedule conflicts
Coaches are responsible for distributing practice schedules and tournament details to families.
Teams will compete in selected Northern California tournaments during the Spring season.
Head coaches determine:
• Number of tournaments
• Travel decisions
• Player rotations
• Game strategy
Roster eligibility and compliance must be maintained for each event.
Each team receives a program-issued bag including:
• First aid kit
• Cones
• Dry-erase board
• Ball pump
• Practice pennies
All items must be returned at season end.
Players are expected to bring their own indoor basketball.
• Jersey numbers selected at distribution.
• Numbers are final once submitted.
• Coaches confirm sizing and assignments.
Uniform changes are not permitted after order submission.
6th Grade
Emphasis on development with situational rotation adjustments.
7th Grade
Minutes reflect effort, execution, and practice habits.
8th Grade
Performance-based rotations aligned with high school standards.
Coaches maintain full discretion.
